Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers some mixed experiences with clean and comfortable rooms but noisy surroundings that may require earplugs. The service lacks English proficiency but manages to provide some quirky offerings. Despite a challenging location to find by car, it offers a quiet and pleasant stay near major sites. The dining options may leave some wanting more variety despite the seasonal local products.
The hotel offers large, bright, and quiet rooms facing the garden, though sound isolation could be improved. The service was warm and professional, with helpful staff across various areas. The location is just off the city center, providing a lovely and quiet setting. The dining experience exceeded expectations with plenty of choices and well-cooked dishes.
Staying at this hotel was a lovely experience overall. The rooms, with two small windows that we couldn't open, gave a slightly claustrophobic feeling, but the beautiful garden surroundings and elegant décor made up for it. The comfort and quietness in the center were standout features, and the location is fantastic for exploring the city.
The hotel has a nice modern fit-out with a comfortable bed, but could do with updating in certain areas. The service is very friendly and helpful, making arrangements that enhanced our trip. The location is lovely, situated in the center of Granada within walking distance to all attractions. The dining experience is adequate but may not meet high standards. Overall, a mixed experience with some great aspects but room for improvement.
My stay at the hotel was disappointing overall. The rooms, although a decent size for a city center hotel, were dirty and in need of maintenance, with filthy carpets and torn, dirty seats. Additionally, towel rails and wall hooks were hanging off, and there were hairs on the bathroom floors. Unfortunately, there was no manager available to speak with, and the staff, who seemed understaffed, were not friendly or helpful. I left feeling very disappointed and definitely would not recommend staying here ever.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the luxurious and spacious rooms with romantic lighting and his & her showers were a delight, the dirty and poorly maintained areas were a big letdown. The charming ambiance reminiscent of old sultans' times clashed with the disappointment of unclean amenities and unhelpful staff. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
